Publishing, DOI, and CME
Submit a manuscript, understand fast-track vs standard, DOI registration, and earning CME credits.
Beyond turning discussions into papers, you can submit an original manuscript, choose standard or fast-track handling, and earn CME credit for your contributions.
Submitting a manuscript (standard, free)
From Publish, select Submit Manuscript to open a six-step wizard: Article Info → Authors → Manuscript → Ethics & Compliance → Disclosures → Files & Submit. Your draft auto-saves as you go. On submit, you get a confirmation with your TDX-ID and the next steps (admin screening → peer review → decision). Standard submission is free.
Fast-track (paid, optional)
Fast-track moves your manuscript to the front of the screening and peer-review queue. From your submissions on Publish, select the Fast-Track option on an eligible manuscript.
- The Fast-Track APC is Rs. 4,999, paid securely via Razorpay and verified server-side before it activates.
- It buys priority handling only — editorial decisions remain independent of payment.
- Standard (free) submissions go through the same review and DOI process, just without the priority queue placement.
DOI registration
Every accepted manuscript receives a TDX-ID immediately. A Crossref DOI is registered once the paper is approved and deposited by the editorial team (TachyDx's Crossref prefix is 10.66832). Published papers then carry a permanent doi.org link for citation and indexing.
CME credits
The CME page tracks credits you earn through the platform:

Your CME dashboard shows total credits, qualifying activities, and certificates, with a Download Certificate option.
Heads up
Certificates are currently Certificates of Participation. Formal CME accreditation with partner institutions is in progress.
