TachyDx is a physician-powered clinical knowledge platform where medical professionals ask clinical questions, collaborate on evidence-based answers, and transform solved discussions into peer-reviewed research papers — in days, not months.

Our Mission

Medical knowledge should not be gatekept. Every day, physicians with decades of clinical experience generate insights that never become publications — because the traditional journal system is slow, expensive, and exclusionary. TachyDx exists to change that. We capture clinical knowledge at the point of generation, validate it through transparent peer review, and publish it with the speed and rigour that modern medicine demands.

How It Works

Verified physicians post clinical questions. The community provides evidence-based answers. Peers vote on quality. When a discussion meets our Publication Readiness threshold, it is transformed into a structured academic paper, reviewed by independent physicians, assigned a DOI via Crossref, and published — openly, transparently, and permanently.

Open Peer Review

TachyDx uses an open peer review model. Reviewer identities and comments are published alongside every paper. We believe transparency produces better science, accountable reviewers, and trustworthy publications — a model aligned with leading platforms like eLife, F1000Research, and BMJ Open.

TachyDx is built by Aethryva Deeptech Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad-based company building the infrastructure layer for autonomous medicine. TachyDx is the knowledge layer of the Aethryva ecosystem — where physician intelligence is captured, validated, and made permanently available to the medical community.
